linjitu Banking: Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Verification
This page answers every money-movement question for your linjitu account — from adding funds through DANA, OVO or GoPay, to requesting a withdrawal back to the same wallet, to completing the identity check that keeps your balance secure. Each local payment method sits inside the Banking section of your account dashboard; you reach it after login by tapping the wallet icon at the top of the screen.
Your linjitu balance loads from DANA, OVO or GoPay — the three local e-wallets listed inside the Banking section after you log in. Open the deposit counter, pick your preferred wallet, and type the amount you want to add. The field shows the minimum and maximum accepted for that method; stay within those limits. Once you confirm, the transfer instruction displays your unique reference code — keep this until your balance updates and the transaction appears in your account history. We map every incoming transfer to that reference, so using the exact code is important.
Log in and open the deposit counter
From your account home, tap the wallet icon at the top of the screen. Select Deposit from the Banking menu. The counter opens with the payment methods available for your region.
Choose your e-wallet
Select DANA, OVO or GoPay from the method list. Each option shows the accepted amount range for that wallet. Pick the one your account is funded with.
Enter the amount and confirm
Type the deposit amount within the displayed limits. Review the unique reference code shown on the confirmation screen. Complete the transfer inside your chosen e-wallet app using that exact reference.
Check your account balance
Once the wallet transfer is marked complete on your end, your linjitu balance updates and the transaction appears in your account history. If it does not appear, contact support with your reference code.
MOVE YOUR BALANCE
Request a Withdrawal to Your Wallet
Withdrawals from your linjitu account go back to the same DANA, OVO or GoPay wallet you used to deposit — this wallet-matching requirement is part of how we verify ownership and keep your funds on the right path. Open the Banking section, select Withdrawal, and you will see the payout methods currently active for your account. The amount field shows the minimum withdrawal threshold for each method; amounts below that threshold cannot be submitted. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have a completed identity verification on file — the KYC section below explains what is needed.
Open the withdrawal counter
Log in, tap the wallet icon and select Withdrawal from the Banking menu. The screen lists the payout methods active for your account and shows each method's minimum amount.
Select your payout wallet
Choose the same e-wallet — DANA, OVO or GoPay — registered to your account. The withdrawal cannot be directed to a different wallet or a wallet registered to another person.
Enter the amount and submit
Type the withdrawal amount within the displayed range, review the destination wallet details shown on the confirmation screen, and submit. A reference number is assigned immediately and appears in your transaction history.
Check status in your history
Your transaction history shows a live status label: Pending, Under Review or Completed. If the status stays on Pending longer than expected, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.
ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
Verify Your linjitu Account Before Your First Withdrawal
Account verification protects your balance by confirming that the person requesting a withdrawal is the same person who opened the account. We ask for this check once, before the first withdrawal is released. The verification screen inside your account dashboard lists exactly which documents are accepted — typically a government-issued national identity document and a photo confirmation. Upload clear, unedited images through the secure uploader in your account settings; blurry or cropped images extend the review. Once verification is complete, the status in your account changes to Verified and your withdrawal requests proceed normally. Eligibility for verification and accepted document types depend on your region and local law as shown in the account screen.
Open the verification screen
Log in and go to Account Settings, then select Identity Verification. The screen lists the document types accepted for your region and shows the current status of your verification.
Upload your identity document
Submit a clear image of your government-issued identity document as instructed on the upload screen. Both sides may be required depending on the document type shown.
Complete the photo confirmation
Follow the on-screen instructions for the photo confirmation step. Use good lighting and keep your face and document clearly visible. The uploader rejects images that are cropped or obscured.
Wait for the Verified status
After submission, your verification status shows as Under Review in your account dashboard. Once our team completes the check, the status updates to Verified and your withdrawal counter becomes active.
LOCAL PAYMENT METHODS
Payment Options Inside Your Account
The payment methods listed in your linjitu account Banking section are drawn from Indonesia's most-used e-wallets. Each method is shown with its accepted range at the time you open the counter — availability depends on your region and local law. We update the active method list in your account dashboard; the current state is always shown after login.
DANA
DANA is available for both deposits and withdrawals. Select it from the Banking counter, enter the amount within the shown limits, and follow the transfer instruction displayed on the confirmation screen.
OVO
OVO deposits and withdrawals follow the same counter flow. Your OVO wallet number must match the one registered to your linjitu account before a withdrawal to OVO can be submitted.
GoPay
GoPay is listed in the Banking section where active for your region. Use the exact reference code shown on the deposit screen when completing the transfer inside your GoPay app.
TRANSACTION RECORDS
Match Your Wallet Transfer to Your Account History
Every money movement through your linjitu account generates a transaction record that you can compare directly against your wallet's own history. The reference code shown at the point of deposit or withdrawal is the link between both records. If the two records do not match, that reference code is the first detail our support team will ask for — keeping a screenshot of it saves time.
Reference code
Every deposit and withdrawal is assigned a unique reference code at the moment you confirm. Copy or screenshot this code before leaving the confirmation screen — it is the primary detail needed if a transaction needs to be investigated.
Status labels
Your account transaction history shows one of three status labels: Pending, Under Review or Completed. A label of Pending means the transfer is awaiting confirmation from the wallet provider. Under Review means our team is checking the record manually.
Account history log
The full history of your deposits and withdrawals is listed under Banking History in your account dashboard. Each entry shows the method used, the amount, the reference code and the current status. The log is available after login without a time limit.
Evidence to keep
Save the wallet-side confirmation of any transfer — a screenshot of the completed transfer from your DANA, OVO or GoPay app — alongside the linjitu reference code. These two pieces together are enough to resolve any discrepancy through support.
ACCOUNT SAFETY
How We Protect Your Balance and Account
Security at linjitu works at four points: the domain you access, the identity we verify, the wallet ownership we confirm, and the support path available if something looks wrong. None of these protections require you to share your password with anyone — including our own support team.
Domain check
Always access your account through linjitu. Bookmark the address directly after your first login. We do not operate mirror addresses or ask you to log in through third-party links. If a link looks unfamiliar, close it and type the address directly.
Identity verification
The KYC process ties your account to a single verified identity. This means a withdrawal cannot be redirected to a wallet or bank account that does not match the identity on file — protecting your balance from unauthorised requests.
Wallet ownership confirmation
Deposits and withdrawals are matched to the specific DANA, OVO or GoPay wallet registered under your account. We reject requests to change the destination wallet without a full re-verification step, which means your funds cannot be redirected without your knowledge.
Support path
If you notice a transaction you did not authorise, or a status label that has not moved, contact our support team through the Help section inside your account. Have your reference code and wallet screenshot ready — these let the team locate and act on your case directly.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Your linjitu Banking Questions Answered
These are the questions we hear most from account holders in Indonesia about deposits, withdrawals, verification and what to do when something does not go as expected. If your question is not covered here, open a support request through the Help section in your account.
Which e-wallets can I use to deposit into my linjitu account?
DANA, OVO and GoPay are listed in the Banking section of your account. Availability depends on your region and local law — the counter shows only the methods active for your account at the time of login. Select the wallet you want, enter the amount and follow the on-screen transfer instruction.
What is the minimum amount I can withdraw?
The minimum withdrawal amount is shown on the withdrawal counter next to each available payout method when you open it after login. We do not publish a fixed figure here because it can vary by method and region. Always check the live amount shown in your account before submitting.
My deposit reference code is correct but my balance has not updated — what do I do?
Open a support request through the Help section in your account. Include your deposit reference code and a screenshot of the completed transfer from your DANA, OVO or GoPay app. Our team uses these two details to locate the transfer on both sides and update your balance record accordingly.
Does identity verification need to be completed before every withdrawal?
No — verification is a one-time step required before your first withdrawal is released. Once your account shows a Verified status in the account dashboard, subsequent withdrawal requests go through the standard counter flow without repeating the document upload process.
My withdrawal status has shown Pending for a while — is this normal?
Pending means the transfer is waiting on confirmation from your wallet provider, which is outside our direct control. If it remains Pending longer than you expect, contact support with your withdrawal reference number. We can check the record and escalate to the wallet provider if needed.
Can I withdraw to a different wallet than the one I used to deposit?
Withdrawals must go back to the same DANA, OVO or GoPay wallet registered under your account. Sending to a different wallet is not permitted without a re-verification step, which protects your funds from being redirected without your authorisation. Contact support if you need to update your registered wallet.
